P63 series piezo stage is an ultra-high performance piezoelectric scanning platform. It is a small-sized piezoelectric nanopositioning platform designed for applications such as AFM, SPM and nanocontrol. It features low inertia and high-speed scanning, and its resolution can reach sub-nanometer level. The P63 can be equipped with a strain feedback sensor to achieve positioning accuracy of 0.1%. It has a very strong structure, so that the structural performance is extremely stable.
