XZ Stage 10mm 10µm

The model XYZ4A from Holmarc is a four axis stage which is optimized for positioning lasers and/or optical imaging devices like CCD cameras. The attached brochure refers to the following key features and specifications:The model XYZ4A has two linear movements (Y, Z) travel range of 10 millimeters, a resolution of 10 µm and theta, phi travel of +/- 2.5 degrees. These stages are constructed from is an aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish. They are driven by standard micrometer heads. Its Y and Z axes consist of rolling contact guides with crossed rollers that provides friction-less precise positioning. The 'Phi' axis uses a spring loaded kinematic drive while the 'theta' axis uses pre-loaded rotary bearings for stable positioning.
