10 mm range XY Stage with reading accuracy of 5 µm

This compact XY configured Eksma Optics features a precise orientation of axes at 90° for precision alignment applications. The precision ball bearing design provides users the ability to precisely move a 6 kg object in the X and Y axis. The stage has a 10 mm travel range with integrated micrometer reading of 5 µm. Standard adapter plates are available for easily mounting this compact (less than 20 mm of height) linear translation stage to optical tables and versions are available for operation in a vacuum.
