Motorized XY Stage 110mm 1nm 350mms

Motorized XY stage from Aerotech's ANT130XY series. Two axis XY direct drive stage with 110 mm of travel with nanometer-level performance. The ANT130XY-110 produces a resolution of 1 nm with an accuracy of +/- 4 um. The proprietary direct-drive motor technology combined with non contact linear encoders allows this stage to have a maximum speed of 350 mm/s and a maximum acceleration of 1 g while keeping a straightness of +/- 1.5 um, a flatness of +/- 1.5 um, and a orthogonality of 49 urad. The non-contact design also has no hysteresis or backlash. Unidirectional repeatability is +/- 25 nm and the in-position stability is less than 1 nm. A high precision package with a small profile and footprint, stage offeres itself to many applications such as disk-drive fabrication, optical delay element actuation, high-precision positioning, and fiber alignment among others. Anti-creep crossed-roller bearings and non-contact integrated design engineered for long life and durability. Load capacity is 12.0 kg while the maximum continuous force is 23 N during operation. Device is machined from aluminum and finished in a black hard-coat. The upper moving mass is 2.1 kg and the lower is 5.7 kg while the entire stage has a mass of 7.4 kg. The ANT130XY series also offers three performance grade options; base, Plus, and Ultra, that can further increase accuracy and calibration. By choosing the Ultra Performance grade, Aerotech can guarantee two-dimensional accuracies of +/- 250 nm or better. Series can be combined with ANT series products such as lift stages, direct drive rotaries, and goniometers to meet your unique needs with high performance multi-axis systems.
