Motorized Linear Stage 25mm 1250nm 6mms

Linear motorized translation stage from Eksma Optics. 25 mm travel stage driven by a stepper motor. Resolution is 5 um for full step and 0.625 um for 1/8 step. The 960 series from Eksma feature a removable 2 inch circular insert in the upper plate which allows the stage to be used with a microscope within the XY plane. The 960 series offers both the 02BS1 model which utilizes a ball bearing lead screw for smooth high speed motion, as well as the 02LS model featuring a lead screw which offers a full step resolution of 1.25 um. Maximum speed is 25 mm/s for the 02BS1 model and 6 mm/s for the 02LS model. Both stages have horizontal load capacities of 30 kg and vertical load capacities of 7 kg. Overall weight for the system is 0.8 kg. Repeatability is 1.5 um and 1 um for the 02BS1 and 02LS respectfully. The 960 series can be ordered in standard or mirror configurations as well as an XY configuration for multi axis applications. An angle bracket (810-0115) can be used to create a vertical motion solution. The 960-0070-02 XYZ provides a 3 axis motion solution by using the XY stage variant combined with the bracket and an additional linear 960 series stage.
