Long Travel Motorized Linear Stage, 1000mm Travel Range with 15nm Resolution

This PI motorized stage features a long travel range of 1000mm with velocity up to 800 mm/s. Model LMS-270KMAX uses an incremental encoder to provide precision resolution of 15nm. Careful attention to the design of the motorized linear stage features unidirectional repeatability 0.075 µm and bidirectional repeatability ±0.15 µm. The motorized stage features an ironless magnetic direct drive for high velocity, acceleration and peak force of 180 N. This PI stage is also available with DC servo motor or stepper motor versions in the same footprint. This motorized stage was optimized for applications in both industry and research including demanding metrology, precision scanning in semiconductor electronics manufacturing.
