Long Travel Linear Stage, Motorized 600mm of Travel Range

This long travel linear stage has been designed and is manufactured by Primatics to provide high performance at a budget price. The travel range of this stage is up to 600mm with positional accuracy of +/- 10 µm. The PCL65 series includes limit sensors NEMA23 motor mount, and a protective hard cover. The motorized linear stage can support up to 60kg payloads. The ball screw drivetrain comes with a standard 5mm lead or optional 10mm lead. An optional high performance brushless servo motor with 4000 line encoder is available or the user can supply their own NEMA23 motor and/or coupler. The Primatics stage can be easily stacked to create XY stages or XY stage with Primatics rotary stage. Applications for this Primatics stage include precision assembly, inspection and material handling. Affordable long travel stage is offered by Primatics.
