3mm Travel Linear Stage with 250µm spindle pitch

Compact linear stage from Owis for applications requiring motion with limited space. Edge with is only 30mm with 7mm opening. Travel range of this Owis stage is 3 mm with fine-thread screws providing spindle pitch of 250µm and graduated scale of 5µm. Linear stage material is deformation-resistant aluminum with black anodized to limit reflection from optical sources such as DPSS lasers or laser diodes. This compact stage provides high load capacity up to 90 N and supports this both in the horizontal and vertical direction by the forced return travel of the slide.
